中国海岸带湿地台风防护服务价值评估

海岸带地区是全球人口、经济活动和消费活动高度集中的地区，同时也是海洋自然灾害最为频繁的地区。台风、洪水、风暴潮等自然灾害给沿海地区的生命安全和财产安全带来严重的威胁。海岸带湿地能通过降低台风风速、削减波浪能和浪高、降低台风过程洪水的水位和流速，从而减少台风灾害，这就是海岸带湿地的台风防护服务。尽管海岸带湿地为人类提供了包括台风灾害防护在内的多种服务，但是人类活动已经或者正在导致海岸带湿地的面积不断缩小，其中重要原因之一是没有能够赋予湿地生态系统服务适宜的经济价值。本论文在对台风致灾因子和湿地的台风防护作用机制研究基础上，综合利用环境经济学、计量经济学的理论，以及ArcGIS空间分析工具和MAT...; Frequent natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, and storm threaten seriously the life safety and property security in the coastal zone with high density of population and economic activities.
